Absolutely no refunds and all the appointments have to be canceled within the 24 hours notice timeframe. Please contact VIP Laser via phone call, text or email AT LEAST 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment date and time to avoid cancellation fees*. Failure to cancel within the required time will result in a fee of $25.00 being charged to the credit card on file. If Clients Fails to Show for a scheduled appointment or reschedules same day appointments, the fee of $25.00 also applies.
If the fee does not process, client must pay fee prior booking next appointment or treatment will be counted as used to cover cost of the time of Medical Professional.
New Clients are required to leave a deposit to make any appointment. The deposit is non refundable but will go towards the cost of your service(s). The deposit required at the time of booking is to confirm the time reserved for you and the professional. If a new client fails to cancel or reschedule their appointment date within the 24 hour time-frame, deposit will be used to cover cost of time of the medical professional. If deposit was made to reserve a Promotional Price and balance was not made within the agreement date, Client will forfeit the promotional price given and will have to inquire again for New Pricing.
