What is a Botox Lip Flip?
As the name suggests, a Botox Lip Flip involves using Botox to enhance the upper lip. Just a few quick injections can relax the upper lip and cause it to roll slightly upward, allowing for the more upper lip to be visible.
How does the lip flip work?
Our injectable specialists perform a Botox Lip Flip by injecting Botox into the muscle, which encircles the mouth above the upper lip. Botox temporarily relaxes the muscles over the upper lip, causing it to roll slightly upward, giving it a more voluminous and defined appearance. Vertical lines around the lips can also be smoothed with this muscle relaxation.
How long does a lip flip treatment take?
Since there are only a few injection sites, the injection takes about two minutes. The entire procedure usually takes under 30 minutes.
How soon will I see results after a lip flip?
Treatment effects are usually seen within a few days, with full results occurring about one week after treatment.
